THE DETAILS
Imagine that the floor plan marked the location of the windows in the convenience store, now it is possible to visualize how it will look on the external façade, or realize how the office on the second floor facilitates the visualization and management of the team and the track. The effect of the convenience store facade on the ensemble seemed to be very bold, but now that it is visible, the positive effect is immediate. Even a small ramp near the service area, which was unnoticeable on the ground floor, facilitates the movement of loads and product off-loading points to the warehouse

The volumetry is one of the aspects of the preliminary project, but this is also the moment when you can partially visualize how the work will be. The specifications also deal with materials, construction techniques, etc. Thus, if the project has a convenience store or office in masonry or metallic structure, there are the specifications, if the client opts for something different such as the use of containers, he will also have a visualization of the element at the gas station ready.
/ FINAL ADJUSTMENTS
The preliminary project is the high point and final point of the architectural creation where the materials and construction techniques are confirmed, each element is in its place and all the elevations, facades, and details such as the internal arrangement of furniture and the green area are visible.
