The most important element of the fuel station’s visual identity is the forecourt. By its dimensions and location on the roof it informs by far its name, brand and flag. We manufacture panels in different materials, some combinable, offering the best options through Petrol DESIGN’s projects in ACM, canvas, acrylic, fiberglass and tiles, advising on cost, durability and benefits.

MATERIAL
SELECTION
Your project is unique and many factors will influence your choice of materials. For those starting from scratch, some of them will have similar costs. At this stage, the biggest investment will be in the structure, not in the type of finish.
/ ACM FORECOURT
It is a material made up of the protective film, the protective paint, the type of paint you choose*, a layer of aluminum, another layer of polyethylene and finally another layer of aluminum. The ACM that we will use for the facade of your gas station will be painted using the coil coating method, which is one of the most modern methods of applying liquid paint, with better color uniformity in solid, metallic, wood and shimmering patterns, among others.
The ACM facade is preferred by most gas station owners because of its durability and versatility.

PERFECT FINISH
Today it is common to find more and more modern and sophisticated forecourts thanks to the use of ACM. The wide variety of suppliers available makes it easier to use different colors, create different designs for service stations, and even simulate some textures such as wood.
BALANCED COST
ACM’s flexibility is a key factor in its popularity with fuel retailers, where it can be bent and calendered into a variety of patterns and designs. Even in thinner thicknesses, the material is very strong and highly durable in outdoor areas exposed to the elements.
ILLUMINATED
Although it is tough, ACM is a lightweight material and does not have to have a reinforcement structure for its application. Usually, a metal structure is assembled to receive the panels already machined, making its installation easier. Another important factor that makes it popular is its ease of cleaning, just use a soft sponge with detergent and water.
/ UNMATCHED DURABILITY
The different painting options in ACM offer guarantees of 5, 8 or 15 years if properly installed, in addition to being easy to preserve, clean and maintain. The PVDF paint (Kynar 500º) has a different composition than polyester paints and can last twice as long.
At the time of installation we can use the conventional method, ventilated or dry joint, always the best system for your structure.
/ CANVAS WINDOW SILLS
Because of the night lighting it provides and the wide range of design options, canvas siding is often used in gas stations.
The material offers a great aesthetic result and allows the combination of text, logo and image reproduction in high definition, without illumination or internally illuminated with LED tubes, with an estimated durability between two and five years, according to the supplier’s warranty. It can also be combined with other materials such as ACM and Tile.
GRAMMAGE
The grammage is the total weight of PVC used in the production of one square meter of screen fabric, including both the front and back sides. It guarantees durability, printing performance and welding. The weight indicated can vary from 380 to 440g, we use the second measure.
BACKLIT CANVAS
The installation of a backlit translucent canvas banner requires a special type of structure, the reflective box. The lighting behind the canvas makes the printed image or electronic cut-out sticker stand out more and has a luminous effect, making it more visible at night.
LAMINATION
On digitally printed canvas, we always apply lamination, a transparent film, to obtain a glossy effect and mainly to protect colors from UV discoloration, besides facilitating cleaning.
/ LED FORECOURT
The multimedia LED gas station display screen has some advantages over other types of panels. It is a highly customizable outdoor advertising option that offers a wide variety of moving designs with crisp, vibrant image quality. LED panels can be remotely controlled, making it easy to change the content displayed. Interactivity can also be added through technology such as motion sensors, allowing businesses to interact with their audiences in creative and engaging ways.
The Multimedia LED Panel offers an impressive visual experience, durability and flexibility, making it an attractive option for a wide range of projects.

The material has several car paint color variations and adds low and high relief details in different ways. This kind of forecourt requires more maintenance, but presents a great result in fascias, especially when paired with details in ACM for finishing.

The material is an alternative to acrylic and polycarbonate, even more resistant and malleable, it can be opaque or translucent with crystal fibers, it has a long useful life and can have front light illumination or LED backlighting, in addition to being a material that resists well to the action of time, strong winds or hail. Our reference is a series of BR standard posts that we made more than 20 years ago and are still perfectly preserved.

We can apply a vinyl adhesive and add LED lighting to increase the variety of colors.
