IMPLEMENTATION STUDY

We conducted a thorough study to implement the architectural design of the Dubai Gas Station, focusing on the accuracy of the design and the satisfaction of specific client requirements. Our team of architects meticulously considered every aspect to optimize space use and offer an exceptional customer experience.

With a single entrance strategically positioned 100 meters before the station, we ensure a smooth and safe arrival for customers, even in an area of heavy traffic. Furthermore, the spacious circulation and parking area provides ample space for a smooth vehicle transition, allowing a comfortable and congestion-free experience.

Moreover, the imposing roof structure, with about 7 meters in height and a 35-meter facade, stands out in the urban landscape, giving a striking and easily identifiable presence for drivers passing through the area.
