OVERVIEW
Discover the architectural project of Vitor Andrews Gas Station! The project aims to modernize and expand the station’s operations, creating an attractive and functional environment. The main focus is to optimize the customer experience by expanding service at the pumps and adding new services, all with a strategic investment in infrastructure.

PROJECT
The architectural project of the gas station is located on Victor Andrew Avenue, which will serve as both the entrance and exit of the station. We opted for a concrete or asphalt forecourt, featuring a total of 6 fuel dispensers: 4 dedicated to regular gasoline, premium gasoline (ADT), and ethanol, while 2 will serve diesel S500 and S10. Additionally, the layout is designed to optimize efficiency and traffic flow, integrating the space for trucks and trailers with the passenger vehicle area.
The convenience store has approximately 100 m² and, according to operational needs, includes individual refrigeration units. Furthermore, we designed a deck area to accommodate around 50 people, with direct access from the convenience store and the option to install televisions in the space. The station will not offer oil change services; however, it will include an autocenter.

Moreover, the project’s color palette features green, blue, and white, reflecting a modern and inviting visual identity. We also planned a parking area with enough spaces to meet demand, though without canopies. Finally, additional retail spaces are included for lease or internal use, with sizes to be defined based on the remaining area after positioning the convenience store, deck, and autocenter. Overall, the goal is to deliver a modern, efficient environment with multiple service options, meeting customer needs in a practical and accessible way.
