GAS STATION ARCHITECTURE PROJECT

The Budel Gas Station, located in São José dos Pinhais, BR 116, stands out for its ability to offer all types of fuels, ensuring a wide range of options for our customers. Moreover, our well-planned infrastructure separates the truck and trailer service areas from passenger vehicle areas, providing greater convenience and organization. Additionally, we offer a dedicated space for oil changes, which provides direct access to the convenience store, stockroom, and other internal areas, facilitating the flow of customers and employees. Although we do not include a washroom, this is compensated by a spacious parking lot with at least 10 uncovered spaces. These spaces, though outdoors, ensure comfort and practicality for users, making the visit to our station more pleasant.

Furthermore, in the station’s yard, we offer space for 10 shops, all available for rent. These shops diversify the services offered, creating a complete and attractive environment for customers. The presence of these shops allows customers to find a variety of products and services in one location, further increasing convenience and satisfaction. Thus, the Budel Gas Station not only meets the basic needs for refueling and automotive services but also offers a modern and functional environment.
