The architecture project for the Passos gas station chain showcases a modern and functional design, strategically located at a high-traffic corner to optimize both visibility and customer flow. The design blends eco-friendly green, blue, and white colors with sleek, straight lines, establishing a clean and organized aesthetic. The layout is tailored to efficiently serve tourists while ensuring a seamless and pleasant service experience. Guided by an in-depth preliminary study and a detailed descriptive report, this project sets a new standard in gas station architecture.

PRELIMINARY STUDY AND DESCRIPTIVE REPORT
The Passos gas station chain developed its architecture project after conducting a thorough analysis and detailed planning. Situated at a corner with access to two one-way avenues, the station captures high traffic flow on Avenida Itaguaçu. The team carefully studied vehicle flow and peak hours, using this data to inform the pump layout and other key design elements.
The report details a layout with four pump units, each offering ethanol, premium gasoline, and diesel. Prices will be displayed on an integrated totem for easy visibility. The modern convenience store features a dedicated bus area, while strategically placed parking is available both in front of and to the right of the station. Additionally, the optional canopy coverage provides added comfort for customers.
ARCHITECTURE PROJECT
The gas station architecture project incorporates eco green, blue, and white as its primary colors, with clean, straight lines that promote clarity and organization. The lighting plan is designed to ensure both visibility and safety, day and night. The rear area, which includes the office and convenience store, is thoughtfully designed to be visually appealing and attention-grabbing.
Additionally, the project takes sidewalk width into account, ensuring compliance with accessibility regulations. The Passos gas station chain aims to create a space that exudes credibility and modernity, offering an efficient and enjoyable customer experience. The design is a true reflection of the station’s commitment to both quality and functionality.
