ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN PROJECT

The station’s floor plan was designed to maximize efficiency and smooth vehicle circulation. The fueling area features multiple fuel dispensers strategically positioned to improve traffic flow, particularly during peak hours. Adjacent to the fueling area, the convenience store attracts customers looking for quick purchases. Its open layout, organized shelving, and clear signage provide an enjoyable shopping experience.

The project also includes a covered parking area designed to accommodate expected customer demand, providing comfort and protection for customers’ vehicles. In addition, dedicated spaces for complementary services such as a car wash and oil change enhance the station’s appeal and create a complete customer experience.

Clean, accessible restrooms ensure customer convenience, while comfortable rest areas encourage travelers to take a break. The structure was designed using modern, sustainable materials that improve durability and energy efficiency. A blue, yellow, and white color palette was applied throughout the façade and interior elements, reinforcing the visual identity of Demeneck Avenida Gas Station.
