OVERVIEW

Discover the architectural project of the Pepé gas station! We’ve reinterpreted the legacy of Pepé, the entrepreneur who became an iconic figure in the local community of Brazil’s semi-arid Northeast. With the aim of revitalizing and strengthening the brand’s identity, we updated the station’s appearance and functionality while preserving the quality and trust that have always been its hallmark. The architectural design merges modernity with tradition, ensuring the station remains a symbol of excellence in fuel services and customer care. This project pays tribute to Pepé’s rich history and cultural impact in the region.

EXECUTIVE PROJECT and descriptive report

The architectural design of the Pepé gas station features a bold and functional façade using red, blue, and white as primary colors. The executive project includes infrastructure for parking areas, electric vehicle charging, and refrigerated truck access. In addition, we planned a dedicated area for tire inflation and the sale of lubricants. Clear and informative signage ensures prices and services are easily visible, while adhering to local sidewalk and accessibility regulations.

The descriptive report outlines the materials and finishes used, focusing on durability and aesthetics. High-quality cladding was chosen for the façade, and internal signage was designed to enhance navigation and customer experience. Strategic lighting placement maximizes visibility and reinforces the brand’s visual identity. We also included a fuel pump security shutter system for nighttime safety, and infrastructure that allows for future expansion.

ARCHITECTURE PROJECT

We carefully developed the architectural project for Pepé Gas Station to balance modernity with tradition, reflecting Pepé’s legacy through a contemporary and functional design. The layout includes designated areas for parking and charging electric vehicles and refrigerated trucks. Additionally, we planned spaces for tire inflation and lubricant sales. Signage is strategically placed to improve customer navigation and clearly highlight prices and services.

The project also features an “Instagrammable” area that celebrates local culture, offering a visually attractive space that serves as a welcoming community hub. Lighting was designed to enhance visibility and emphasize the visual identity. Meanwhile, the pump security system and future-proof infrastructure ensure safety and adaptability. With a strong focus on community integration and practical needs, Pepé Gas Station stands out as a model of innovation that honors tradition—delivering high-quality service in a modern, accessible environment.
