Gas station design pack: what’s included in a complete visual identity package

What a gas station design pack contains: logo, color palette, typography, brand manual, physical application files and digital assets — and how to use each deliverable.

A gas station design pack is the complete set of visual identity deliverables — from the logo master files to the brand manual and supplier-ready production files for every physical application. The Petrol Group design team has produced design packs for fuel retail clients across 16 countries.

What a complete design pack contains

Logo files: AI, EPS, PDF vector masters + PNG/JPG rasters. All versions: full, symbol-only, monochrome, reversed. Color palette: Pantone, CMYK, RGB and HEX codes. RAL equivalents for ACP production. Typography: licensed font files + hierarchy documentation. Brand manual PDF: all application rules and do/don’t examples. Production files: supplier-ready files for canopy fascia, pylon, pump communicators, column cladding — sized to actual dimensions. Digital templates: social media (Instagram, Facebook), Google Business Profile cover, email signature.

How to use the design pack

Send the brand manual and relevant production files to every supplier before any production. Require approval of digital proofs before production begins. Keep master files in a shared cloud folder accessible to the station manager and all approved suppliers.
